Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa By The Sea

As soon as you enter the Hotel you are greeted by the warm, courteous, efficient and professional reception team and public relations officer. The rooms are very spacious, stylish, the beds are so comfortable and the house keeping team do an excellent job of keeping our room immaculate. The staff in the restaurant and bar always greet us with a welcoming smile and are very attentive. The spa team are excellent. We have travelled to some of the best spas in the world and can say that the therapists are top class. They greet you with warmth. They are totally dedicated to you as a client to provide you with a bespoke treatment that will leave you feel euphoric, revitalised, relaxed and healed. The effects last for days.

Just got back and missing this place already. Not one complaint at all. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Gave us lots of information to get out and about to explore. We made use of the buggy ride to the beach and walked down another day (to walk off breakfast). There was still plenty of room to chill around the pool in the afternoon. Our room had a sea view over the pool... Clean towels everyday (in the room) and free pool towels that you can change during the day if you need to. The room was well set out for storage and very clean. The food was faultless, a really good variety and fresh. Staff constantly checking the food presentation. I'm a vegetarian and didn't need to ask for any special meals to be made. There were even some gluten free cakes and breads. The bar staff were very friendly and had time to chat, make drink requests and make new drinks up. The entertainment/activities during the day were available if you wanted to join in though no hard sell which was nice as that's not really my thing. A wonderful quiet, relaxing and chilled hotel with a great bus service ride to night life if you want it. One last mention, 'cats'... absolutely gorgeous! Playful kittens and adult cats. Make themselves known but not a nuisance... They know who loves them haha.

The food was tasty, flavorful, varied. We stayed here 5 days and besides sweets and other 2-3 dishes, everything was new (during lunch and dinner) The pool was nice and clean. There were enough sun beds just around the pool. We actually stayed on canopy every time we went to the pool (even though we went after breakfast or later in the afternoon; nothing was prebooked) From beach side of the hotel you can see an amazing sunrise and I was able to see an astonishing sunset from by balcony. The staff was really nice and friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, with a very nice design. The bathroom was well organized and spacious. As in most of the country, there is not a sandy beach just in front of the hotel but you have two options. 1. There is a very flat area, having even a ladder so you can safely and easily go into the water, even though there isn’t sand. 2. The hotel is offering a shuttle ride to a beach nearby.

The hotel is very high end, clean and calm. The staff is nice and very accommodating. They do what they can to make you feel comfortable and want to return for your next holidays and they do achieve that. The pool area is calm and the adults only policy helps with that. The rooms have a great view if you manage to get a see-looking suite and they even come equipped with a jacuzzi in the balcony. They offer spa, Joga and other activities to fill your program up. The only slight downside is that it's a bit further away from an actual beach but that's nothing compared to all the positives.
